Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 599bed ("599bed", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 599bed.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Services").
By registering an account, accessing the Services, or placing any wager or bet through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional game-specific, promotion-specific, or payment-specific rules that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on 599bed. Duplicate accounts may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
All bonuses, including the welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion page. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as your 599bed account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 599bed will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously had an account suspended or closed by 599bed for any reason.
- You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or agent of 599bed, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 599bed immediately at [email protected].
- 599bed will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must not use another member's account or permit any other person to use your account.
- You must not access the Platform using automated bots, scripts, or other mechanical means without prior written consent from 599bed.
- The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
- 599bed does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges for which 599bed accepts no responsibility.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
- Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
- 599bed reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any withdrawal request and to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
- All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on each promotion page.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts created to claim a single bonus will be treated as bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- 599bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money balances are used first unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
- Winnings derived from bonus funds are capped at a maximum withdrawal limit as specified in each individual promotion's terms.
- Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or exploitation of software errors in connection with promotional offers will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of associated winnings.
- All bets are final once confirmed. 599bed does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and confirmed by the system.
- In the event of a technical error during a live game or betting event that results in an incorrect outcome or clearly erroneous odds being displayed, 599bed reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the respective members.
- Maximum bet and maximum payout limits apply across all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market and may be varied without notice.
- 599bed reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close the account of any member whose betting patterns are deemed, in 599bed's reasonable judgement, to be professionally organised, syndicate-based, or otherwise abusive of the Platform's offered prices.
- For cricket betting markets specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — all results are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, or BCCI). 599bed accepts no liability for errors in third-party data feeds used to display live match data.
- A self-exclusion request, once confirmed, is irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected by the member. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the agreed period expires will not be honoured.
- During a self-exclusion period, 599bed will use reasonable endeavours to prevent you from accessing the Platform, but cannot guarantee prevention of access across all devices and channels.
- Members who believe gambling is causing harm to themselves or others are encouraged to seek help from independent support organisations. 599bed strongly recommends seeking professional support if gaming is becoming a problem.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from 599bed.
- The 599bed brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the sole property of 599bed. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
- Loss of funds due to technical errors, system outages, or interruptions in internet connectivity beyond 599bed's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from your breach of these Terms or the terms of any applicable promotion.
- Any action taken by 599bed in good faith in response to a suspected breach of these Terms, including account suspension or closure.
- Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, live scores, game statistics, and promotional details.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match fixing, or any other illegal conduct.
- Use of the Platform for any commercial purpose, including professional gambling syndicate activity.
599bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 599bed will notify registered members via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial written notification, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in effect at the time of the dispute.
